Service interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances, maintenance, or external factors beyond our control are excluded from the warranty. Bandwidth Guarantee: The symmetrical fiber optic internet service guarantees upload and download speeds of up to 250 Mbps, 500 Mbps, or 1000 Mbps based on the selected package. Speed may vary depending on external factors such as network congestion, device compatibility, and other environmental conditions. Customer Support: In case of technical issues, InterFast Telecom provides 24/7 technical support to resolve service disruptions. Our team will work to restore connectivity in the shortest possible time. Service visits due to customer equipment or non-InterFast related issues are not covered under the warranty. Equipment: The warranty does not cover any equipment such as modems, routers, or cabling required for the service. Equipment failures or malfunctions should be addressed separately and are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. Exclusions: The warranty does not cover issues resulting from improper use of the service, damage caused by third-party equipment, or force majeure events such as natural disasters. Performance may be impacted by the number of connected devices, device performance, and external interference, and such limitations are not covered under the warranty. This warranty does not include any hardware installations, configurations, or management services. Duration: The service warranty is valid for the duration of the subscription to the Symmetrical Fiber Optic Internet Residential plan. Cancellation of the subscription or failure to comply with the terms and conditions of the service will void the warranty.
