1. No Refunds
Refunds are not available for any product or service once purchased or activated. By completing a purchase with InterFast Telecom, you acknowledge and agree to our strict no-refund policy, which is final and non-negotiable.

 
2. Replacement Policy for Defective Products
If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect, InterFast Telecom will offer a replacement, provided that the following conditions are met:

Report within Two Days: The defect must be reported within two (2) days of receiving the product.
Manufacturing Defect: The defect must be verified as a manufacturing issue, not due to misuse or mishandling by the user.
InterFast Telecom Installation: The product must have been sold, configured, and installed by InterFast Telecom.
Compliance with Best Practices: The product must have been used in compliance with best practices and industry standards.
 
3. Warranty Coverage
All products sold, configured, and installed by InterFast Telecom are covered under a full warranty that protects against manufacturing defects. This warranty is void in cases where the product is misused, mishandled, or altered by unauthorized parties.

 
4. Claiming a Replacement
To request a replacement for a defective product, please contact our customer support team within two (2) days of receiving the product. You must provide proof of purchase and documentation of the defect. Our team will review your claim and, if it meets our policy criteria, facilitate the replacement process.

 
5. Limitations of Replacement Policy
Only products directly sold, configured, and installed by InterFast Telecom are eligible for replacement. Products configured or installed by third parties do not qualify for replacement under this policy and are not covered by InterFast Telecom’s warranty.
